When Andre Verder started in 1959, he never suspected what would come of his trading company for pumps. 1959

André Verder先生创立荷兰著名的Verder弗尔德工业集团，开始销售泵和半成品塑料制品。 

1989 

德国Retsch(莱驰)成立于 1915 年，是世界著名的实验室研磨机和筛分机生产商，并发明了世界上第一台臼式研磨机。1989年莱驰加入弗尔德集团，弗尔德成为正式的国际化集团公司，产品线延伸到科学仪器。

1998

2000 

Start of establishing worldwide subsidiaries.

2010 

Continious strategic expansion due to aquisitions starting with Endecotts.

2011

2012

德国Eltra(埃尔特)和Carbolite(卡博莱特)加入弗尔德科学仪器事业部，他们的元素分析仪、烘箱和马弗炉给实验室分析提供了完美的产品匹配。  

2013

GERO(盖罗)加入弗尔德科学仪器事业部，炉类产品范围扩大，温度最高可达到3000°C，在真空、惰性或反应性环境下的应用。

2015

通过收购拥有150名员工的ATM, VERDER集团扩大了其固体样品制备业务部门。

2018

QNESS成为VERDER集团的一部分，将金相和硬度测试(ATM和QNESS)两大领头羊联合在弗尔德科学仪器事业部旗下。  

2019

Microtrac和MicrotracBEL 加入弗尔德科学仪器事业部，扩展了其产品线，用于激光衍射表征粒子和吸附技术.  

2020

RETSCH技术公司、Microtrac公司和MicrotracBel公司合并为一个企业，用于颗粒炭化处理。MICROTRAC MRB。 Qness和ATM - 硬度测试和材料学专家成为QATM。  

2023

With the acquisition of Formulaction and  a leading international manufacturer of testing equipment for the pharmaceutical industry - ERWEKA, the VERDER Group strengthens its Scientific Division and further expands its portfolio in pharmaceutical testing and formulation technologies.
